Robles Repair specializes in handling homeowner repair requests. From small maintenance issues to larger repair projects, we provide dependable service for drywall, painting, flooring, carpentry, trim, appliance installation, plumbing repairs, assembly, and general home repairs. We focus on responding to homeowners efficiently.
Property Maintenance
Robles Repair LLC provides dependable property maintenance support that helps property managers reduce their workload. We handle tenant maintenance requests, coordinate access, schedule repairs, communicate directly with residents, and provide updates to management.
Make Ready Service
Robles Repair LLC provides a solution for getting properties rent-ready. Our services can include lawn care during the process junk removal, flooring, drywall repair and finishing, texture, painting, finish carpentry, and final cleaning, while our maintenance inspections start at $175+ with additional line-item charges for repairs identified during the inspection. By handling multiple services through one company, we help property managers avoid the hassle of coordinating multiple contractors, schedules, and points of contact, making the entire process more simple and efficient.

Qoutes and inquiries
For homeowners, our standard $65 service fee is collected before an on-site estimate or quote is provided. We value your time and ours, so we only accept jobs that we can confidently fit into our schedule.
If you decide to move forward with the recommended work, the $65 service fee is then applied toward the final invoice.
If you provide sufficient photos, measurements, and details, we are happy to provide free estimates remotely by phone or online, whenever the project can be accurately assessed without an on-site visit.

Final estimates
Once the $65 service fee has been paid, we typically take 1–3 business days to prepare an accurate estimate based on the assessed scope of work, labor, materials, and any necessary procurement or delivery costs.
Before work begins, we will discuss the estimated pricing, project details, and any applicable limitations or potential liabilities so you have a clear understanding of the work being proposed.
Please note: The estimate is based on the anticipated scope of work and may be higher than the final invoice. If the work is completed more efficiently than anticipated, requires fewer materials, or the actual scope is less extensive, the final invoice may be reduced accordingly. Additional work or unforeseen conditions outside the original scope will be discussed and approved before proceeding whenever possible.

Expert Repairs
Once you approve your estimate, we'll coordinate a convenient time to get you on the schedule and take care of the repair from start to finish.
When the work is completed, we'll ensure the repair was completed according to the agreed-upon scope and meets your expectations. Your satisfaction matters to us.
There's no payment due until the work is completed, unless a deposit is required for the project. Once the project is completed and you're satisfied with the work, you can pay on-site or we can send you an invoice within 1-24 hours.
For your convenience, invoices can be paid securely online through our encrypted CRM payment system

Invoice and billing
Once your repair is complete and you’re happy with the work, payment can be made on-site or securely through our encrypted CRM payment system.
After payment, we’ll send you a quick customer acknowledgment to review and sign. This confirms that the work was completed and that you’re satisfied with the service.
Need a copy for your records? No problem! We can provide a receipt or copy of your invoice upon request.

I'm the owner of Robles Repair LLC. I built this business on the belief that quality workmanship, honest communication, and reliability should be the standard on every project, no matter the size.
My background comes from years of hands-on experience in residential maintenance and experience as a Mobile Home technician.
In 2026. I was honored to be voted the best Maintenance Technician for the National Apartment Association of Greater Wichita (NAAGW) Star of Excellence Award.
I am also a graduate of Wichita Technical Institute's Heating, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration program, where I received formal training in HVAC systems and earned multiple industry certificates. By combining trade school education with real-world experience, I'm able to provide practical solutions that are both efficient and dependable
